Shipping

Within Sweden, we ship our orders using Postnord and DHL. You can choose to have the bundle delivered to your mailbox (49 SEK) or to a DHL pickup point (75 SEK). At checkout, you select the option that suits you best. If you shop for over 499 SEK, your order ships free of charge. For deliveries outside Sweden, we use FedEx.

All free shipping orders are sent with DHL to a pickup point and delivered to your nearest collection location. You are responsible for the return shipping cost if you wish to exchange a product or cancel your purchase. Please contact hej@omom.nu for instructions and a return label (75 SEK). For complaints, we provide a return label free of charge. Contact hej@omom.nu for this.

Bundles outside Sweden

For deliveries outside Sweden, FedEx is used. For shipments to countries outside the EU, customs, import fees, and local taxes may apply according to the recipient country's regulations. These fees are paid by the recipient and are usually charged by the carrier upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no way to influence or predict these costs.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, contact customer service at hej@omom.nu for detailed instructions. You will receive return instructions and then place a new order for the item you want instead.

Bundles returned

If you cancel your purchase, you need to pick up your bundle and then follow our return instructions. Bundles that are not picked up are automatically returned to us, which incurs additional costs. Therefore, we must always charge a fee between 150-250 SEK depending on your order and shipping method. Always double-check your details so that your address and phone number are correct to receive your notifications properly and avoid this. Thank you very much!

Right of withdrawal

We offer a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Please note that we only refund the value of the item for canceled purchases once the returns have been received by us (shipping costs are paid by the customer). To qualify for the right of withdrawal, the product must be in new condition when returned to us. You may carefully inspect the item, but it must not be used upon return. If the product is used, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

When will I get my money back?

From the time your return arrives at our warehouse, we reserve up to 10 business days to inspect the product's condition and register the returned items. We process the refund after this handling time and once your return is registered and approved by our warehouse staff. It then usually takes about 5 banking days before the money is in your account. If you paid with Swish, we will ask for a bank account number where the refund will be deposited. A confirmation will be sent via email, and refunds are always made to the same payment card used when you completed your purchase. If you chose to pay by invoice, Klarna will contact you via your email address with further information regarding the refund. For Swish payments, we need information on where you want your refund as we perform a manual bank transfer in those cases. You as the customer always cover the return shipping cost (except in the case of a complaint) and the shipping cost when the product was sent to you. This means the refunded amount is only the product value minus the shipping costs.

Complaints

Are you dissatisfied with your item? Contact our customer service at hej@omom.nu for further assistance. Always include a photo of the item and the outer packaging. We recommend keeping the outer packaging, as it helps us file a complaint with the carrier in case of shipping damage. For approved complaints, we primarily replace the item with a new one. If the item is out of stock, we offer an equivalent product.
