Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to purchases from omom.nu. If any other applicable law conflicts with these terms, the provisions of the law shall prevail. For private consumers, the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (DAL) applies, among other regulations.
Order
After completing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you registered, containing all necessary information about your order. We only accept orders through our website and its shopping system. We do not accept orders via email or phone unless otherwise agreed. If you are under 18 years old, you need parental consent before completing the purchase. Orders placed in another person's name without their consent, or that otherwise cause us financial damage, will be reported to the police.
Customer Rights
We recommend our customers to contact us directly at omom.nu (Lindh & Lindh Group AB) first for assistance with any complaints, right of withdrawal, or other matters regarding an order. For detailed information about your consumer rights, please refer to www.konsumentverket.se. Prices and Payment
Each product is listed with a price including VAT. The checkout shows the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping, and payment charges. Payment terms are displayed in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method. We offer payment by card, Swish, and Klarna, where you can choose between different payment options such as invoice, installment payment of invoice, and direct bank payment.
We reserve the right to change prices in situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters or obvious pricing errors.
Shipping Terms
We ship bundles every day, with a delivery time of 1-3 days. We transport our orders using PostNord and DHL; you can choose to have the package delivered to your mailbox (49 SEK) or to a DHL service point (75 SEK). At checkout, you select the option that suits you best.
If you shop for over 499 SEK, your order ships free of charge within Sweden. All free shipping orders are sent with DHL to a service point and delivered to your nearest pickup location.
Bundles outside Sweden
For deliveries outside Sweden, FedEx is used. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs, import fees, and local taxes may apply according to the recipient country’s regulations. These fees are paid by the recipient and are usually charged by the carrier upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no way to influence or predict these costs. If you want to return a bundle from outside Sweden, you as the buyer are responsible for the shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase, for example by email to hej@omom.nu.
You do not have the right to withdraw if:
- You have used the product or if the product is returned in any condition other than absolutely like new.
When exercising your right of withdrawal:
- You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when you received it. You may carefully inspect it but not use it. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the product as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the day we received the product or, if it is a service, the notice of cancellation. You must pay the return shipping costs when sending the product back. If, after returning a product, your order falls below the free shipping threshold, we will also charge the original shipping cost. For example – you buy two Tote bag Large for 1040 SEK and choose to return one bag; your new order amount will be 520 SEK, and you will need to pay shipping. Your refund amount will then be: product cost minus return shipping and minus original shipping.
Uncollected products are returned to us. For all packages not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling fees, and processing fees. If you cancel your purchase, please pick up the package and contact us for return instructions to avoid expensive return fees.
Complaints
Are you dissatisfied with your product? Contact our customer service at hej@omom.nu for further handling. Always include a photo of the product and the outer packaging. We recommend keeping the outer packaging, as it helps us file a complaint with the carrier in case of shipping damage. For approved complaints, we will primarily replace the product with a new one. If the product is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent product.
Information
We reserve the right for unforeseen events that may cause possible sold-out items, stock discrepancies, delivery delays, price adjustments, and technical errors. Furthermore, we reserve the right for any inaccuracies in images, text, and/or pricing. All images on our pages should be seen as illustrations, and we cannot guarantee that the image exactly represents the product’s appearance and condition. If a discrepancy results in you not wanting the product, you can of course file a complaint.
Disputes
In disputes where the buyer is a private individual, our policy is always to follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Disputes between two or more companies are usually resolved in court.
Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disasters, labor market actions, government decisions, missed deliveries from subcontractors, increased costs, and comparable events beyond our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen and affect entered agreements and commitments from our side, making it impossible for us to fulfill said agreements/commitments, this shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill the mentioned agreements.
