Terms of Purchase

Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to purchases from omom.nu. If another applicable law conflicts with these terms, the provisions of the law apply. For private consumers, among other things, the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (DAL) applies.

Order

After completing an order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you registered, where you will find all necessary information about your order. We only accept orders via our website and its shopping system. We do not accept orders via email or phone unless otherwise agreed. If you are under 18 years old, you need parental consent before the purchase is completed. Orders made in another person's name without their consent, or that otherwise cause us financial damage, will be reported to the police.

Customer rights

We recommend our customers to contact us directly at omom.nu (Lindh & Lindh Group AB) primarily for help with any complaints, right of withdrawal, or other matters regarding an order. For detailed information about your rights as a consumer, we refer to www.konsumentverket.se. To get help as a consumer to resolve a dispute outside court, you can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) www.arn.se (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm) or turn to the EU Commission's website specializing in dispute resolution within e-commerce: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

Prices and payment

Each item is listed with a price including VAT. At checkout, the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping, and payment is shown. Payment terms are displayed in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method. We offer payment by card, Swish, and Klarna, where you can choose between different payment options such as invoice, installment payment of invoice, and direct payment via bank.

We reserve the right to change prices in situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters or obvious errors in pricing.

Shipping terms

We ship packages every day, delivery time is between 1-3 days. We transport our orders with the help of PostNord and DHL, you can choose between having the package delivered to your mailbox (49 SEK) or to a DHL agent (75 SEK). At checkout, you choose the option that suits you.

If you shop for over 499 SEK, your order will be shipped free of charge within Sweden. All free shipping orders are sent with DHL to agents and delivered to your nearest pickup point.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us that you regret your purchase, for example via email to hej@omom.nu.

You do not have the right to withdraw the purchase if:

- You have used the product or if the product is returned in any condition other than absolutely new.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal:

- You are obliged to keep the item in the same condition as when you received it. You may carefully inspect it, but not use it. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item or, if it is a service, the notification that you have withdrawn. You must pay the return shipping costs when you send back the item. If, after returning an item, you fall below the free shipping threshold, we will also charge the original shipping cost. For example - you buy two Tote bag Large for 1040 SEK and choose to return one bag, your new order amount will then be 520 SEK and you will need to pay shipping. Your refund amount will then be: Product cost minus return shipping and minus original shipping.

Uncollected items are returned to us. For all packages not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling fees, and processing fees. If you regret your purchase, please pick up the package and contact us for return instructions to avoid expensive return fees.

Complaints

Are you dissatisfied with your item? Contact our customer service: hej@omom.nu for further handling. Always attach a picture of the item and the outer packaging. We recommend saving the outer packaging, as it helps us create a complaint case with the carrier in cases of shipping damage. Upon approved complaint, we will primarily replace the item with a new one. If the item is not in stock, we offer an equivalent product.

Information

We reserve the right for unpredictable events that may cause possible final sales, stock discrepancies, delivery delays, price adjustments, and technical errors. Furthermore, we reserve the right that any inaccuracies in images, text, and/or price labeling may occur. All image information on our pages should be seen as illustrations, and we cannot guarantee that the image reflects the exact appearance and condition of the item. Should a discrepancy result in you not wanting the item, it is of course possible to make a complaint about the product.

Dispute

In disputes where the buyer is a private individual, our policy is always to follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Disputes between two or more companies are usually decided in court.

Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disasters, labor market disputes, government decisions, missed deliveries from subcontractors, cost-increasing circumstances, and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen and affect entered agreements and commitments from our side, making it impossible for us to fulfill said agreements/commitments, shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill said agreements.
