We ship bundles every day, and the delivery time is 1-3 days. We ship our orders with PostNord and DHL. You can choose to have the bundle delivered to your mailbox (SEK 49) or to a DHL service point (SEK 75). At checkout, you can choose the option that suits you best. If you shop for more than SEK 499, your order will be shipped free of charge. All orders with free shipping are sent with DHL to a service point and delivered to your nearest collection point.
You pay the return shipping yourself if you wish to exchange a product or cancel your purchase. Contact hej@omom.nu for instructions and a return label (SEK 75). If your order falls below the free-shipping threshold after the return, we will charge the original shipping cost. Return processing is generally quick. Once your return has arrived at the warehouse, the product will be inspected within 5 business days, and you will be refunded immediately once the return has been approved. In the event of a complaint, we will provide you with a return label free of charge. Contact hej@omom.nu for this. Bundles returned to us
If you change your mind about your purchase, you need to collect your bundle and then follow our return instructions. Bundles that are not collected are automatically returned to us, which results in additional costs for us. Therefore, we must always charge a fee of between SEK 150-250, depending on your order and shipping method. Always check your details to make sure that your address and mobile number are correct, so that you receive your notifications properly and avoid this fee. Thank you!
Bundles outside Sweden
At the moment, we only sell to the Netherlands due to the new packaging responsibility legislation (PPWR). For deliveries outside Sweden, FedEx is used. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties, import fees, and local taxes may apply according to the recipient country's regulations. These fees are paid by the recipient and are usually charged by the carrier in connection with delivery. Unfortunately, we have no way to influence or predict these costs.
